Training your teams
Our training does not rely on a generic course pack: it transmits the method built through real projects (heavy refurbishment, high-rise, public buildings, heritage structures), to give your teams the habits that prevent costly rework. Coordination never catches up with a gap found too late, it prevents it.
Three formats
Project coaching
Recommended format: we work directly on your ongoing project, at the pace of its phases (tender, construction, site), training your teams on their own deliverables, exactly when they need it. What is learned is applied the same day, on your operation, not on a textbook case.
Professionals
Technical coordination leads, BIM managers, modellers, methods engineers: skill building one-on-one or in a small group, on one or several modules, in person or remotely.
Companies
In-house sessions, calibrated to your ongoing projects: design teams, engineers, general contractors. Content and duration tailored to your context, on request.
Training modules
Technical coordination and interface management
Building a coordination base by overlaying architecture and structure, on a design basis frozen at a given point in time. Checking the existing-conditions model against the land surveyor's record. Managing revisions: contracted number, hold points, follow-ups, signed-off approval of combined services drawings. Spotting the moment a gap actually costs money (design, procurement, installation), not just its nature.
Technical coordination leads, BIM managers · 1 to 2 days
BIM management, execution plan & standards
Drafting an enforceable BIM execution plan: scope, deliverables, LOD/LOI levels matched to the downstream use. Structuring coordination standards, including the validity scope of the existing-conditions model. Managing BIM coordination across all phases, from design to handover. Scoping a bounded engagement: entry conditions, number of revisions, hold points.
BIM managers, client advisors, design teams · 1 to 2 days
As-existing modelling (scan-to-BIM)
Moving from the point cloud produced by a laser survey to a usable existing-conditions model (ReCap processing). Checking conformity between survey and model, tagging gaps floor by floor and zone by zone. Fixing the validity scope of an existing-conditions model before any tender process.
Modellers, design engineers, surveyors · 1 day
BIM tools and AI-augmented BIM
Navisworks: clash detection and resolution, multi-package coordination reviews, phasing simulation. Revit: generative modelling, façade patterning, auto-routing of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Solibri: quality control and model compliance checking. Method transfer: where AI speeds up production, where human expertise remains the validation step.

Format and logistics
In person or remote
On site, at your premises, or remotely depending on the module and your constraints.
Small group
One-on-one or in a small group, for real attention to each participant.
Flexible duration
From half a day to several days, depending on the module and the level targeted.
Materials provided
Reference documents handed to each participant at the end of the session.
Pricing
Open module
from€490 excl. VAT / day / person
One-on-one or small-group training, on a single module, in person or remotely. Materials included.
Project coaching
On request
Fixed fee or tapered day rate, set against the duration and pace of your project phase. Quotation issued after scoping the need.
In-house session
On request
One-off session, content and duration calibrated to your ongoing projects. Quotation within 48 hours after scoping the need.
The open-module rate is benchmarked against the market for comparable BIM training (a range of €315 to €565 excl. VAT per day per person observed among comparable providers), not an invented figure. Travel costs, for an in-person session outside the Paris region, are billed separately.
