This site collects nothing without your knowledge: no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us when you get in touch.

Data collected and purposes

When you write to us (email, phone, WhatsApp) or request the portfolio or rate card, we process the information contained in your message: name, professional contact details, company, description of your project.

• Answering your request and preparing a proposal or quotation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• Following up the business relationship with prospects and clients. Legal basis: Atelier GNR's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
• Delivering and invoicing an assignment. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).

No data is used for automated marketing or passed on to third parties.

Retention periods

Prospects

3 years from the last exchange, then deleted.

Clients

For the duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years under the French commercial limitation period.

Accounting records

10 years (legal obligation), limited to the data needed for invoicing.

Host technical logs

A few weeks at most, under Netlify's policy.

Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by Atelier GNR alone. It passes through the technical providers strictly needed to operate:

• Site hosting: Netlify, Inc. (USA). Netlify processes technical connection data (IP address, pages viewed, browser) to deliver and secure the site. Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework).
• Business email: the provider hosting our contact@ateliergnr.fr mailbox, located in the European Union.
• WhatsApp, if you choose that channel: your exchanges are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd).

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no cookies and no audience measurement. Fonts are served from the site itself: no request is made to any third-party server while you browse.

A single technical entry is stored in your browser (localStorage, key gnr-lang) to remember the language you selected. Strictly necessary for the language switcher, it is exempt from consent, contains no identifying data and can be cleared from your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to contact@ateliergnr.fr; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
